• University graduates with around 10 years of experiences, preferrably from a private bank or top tier retail bank, with solid financial knowledge.
• World class presentation and client management skills
• The ability to understand client's needs and to provide the best and comprehensive solutions for them
• The ability to acquire clients and retain clients so as to increase the AUM and the revenue
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must. The ability to manage different lauguages would definitely be an advantage.
• Obtain relevant SFC licences. Professional qualifications would definitely be an asset

Candidates with less experiences would be considered as junior private bankers
