TITLE: JUNIOR LEGAL COUNSEL/ FUNDS -LUXEMBOURG

JOB DESCRIPTION: The role of In-house Funds Lawyer will involve establishing fund distribution agreements with clients, coordinating the fund registration process, negotiating and drafting agreements and contracts, reviewing and following KPIs, liaising with external legal counsel and relevant authorities, maintaining a database of registered funds and coordinating the distribution of prospectuses and accounts.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
The ideal candidate must have: A minimum of 2 years experience with a background in investment funds gained either in-house or in private practice, Superb academic credentials, Fluency in English and French, with a third language being an advantage,strong knowledge of the legislations and regulations governing the funds industry in Luxembourg (CSSF)
