It’s not surprising then, that you’ll form part of this leadership team, working alongside Directors and Partners to shape the group, giving you the opportunity to further develop your industry expertise and accelerate your promotion prospects . Strategy from thought to finish You’ll take ownership of a broad range of complex FSI engagements working with business leaders from many of the UK’s leading financial services firms. Just as important, you’ll not only advise these clients but also help them implement this advice to drive through change. This means that you’ll also get involved in high profile bids & sales, which will increase your influence & impact on the firm as you generate revenue. All the while you’ll develop your breadth & depth of experience not only in FSI strategy but also leverage expertise from other areas of the firm such as M&A strategy, corporate finance, tax and audit. That’s why you’ll be creative & entrepreneurial in providing our clients with the best all-round strategic solution, confident that you’ve access to all of the firm’s resources. To qualify, you must possess: - A strong academic background – graduate degree or equivalent experience
- Professional qualification (ideally ACA/CIMA/MBA) or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in strategic advisory projects ideally from a top tier strategy firm
- Blue chip experience in line with popular FS campaigns (e.g. Retail Banking – payments, Cards, Corporate Banking, Secured Lending)
- Industry specific expertise that can be applied in a strategic context
- Incisive thinker, confident with concepts, analysis and frameworks
- Highly intelligent with outstanding numerate skills
- Full travel mobility
