The role involves:
Leading the delivery of key transformation projects focusing on CRM consulting, marketing/brand strategy, sales strategy, customer service and contact centres.
Managing key client stakeholders relationships and leading teams of Deloitte and client personnel.
Leading the delivery of client work, articulating strategy and vision to client stakeholders.
Taking responsibility for projects, budgets and client deliverables
Development of client bids and presentations of proposals.
To qualify, you must possess:
Expertise in relation to the sales, service or marketing functions of an organization
Expertise in systems implementations, involving the full development lifecycle from analysis through design, build and test to deployment
A track record of managing and delivering complex projects and teams
A graduate degree or equivalent project experience
Skills in Customer and channel strategy, marketing analytics, brand/loyalty management, Siebel, Onyx, salesforce.com
Good commercial awareness, excellent verbal and written communication skills
