Role Overview: Within an outsourced Funds Administration environment, this team acts as the interface between clients, internal teams, custody operational units and other custodians utilised by the clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team responsible for all daily contact with a large, challenging, fund services client.
• Take proactive responsibility for the resolution of enquiries within agreed standards including managing the delivery from operational areas whose input is required to resolve queries / issues.
• Analyse the root-cause of recurring issues through regular review of metrics, and assist in developing programmes for service enhancements arising from these figures.
• Produce weekly / monthly service and KPI based MI for presentation to and analysis by the client. Proactively manage issues raised by clients and assist in the change process.

Experience Required:

• Experienced funds administrator with an understanding of pricing and fund accounting across a broad range of investment instruments.
• Track record of delivering timely, quality service to clients in a funds services environment.
• Experienced in managing / motivating a small team.
