DESCRIPTION OF THE ROLE
•To be responsible for the relationship Management and provision of investment advice to the portfolio of private clients and provide support to the marketing and sales teams in the drive for new business generation.
•Maintain and develop appropriate and effective relationships with clients within assigned client group to discuss their individual portfolio and related issues
•Actively participate and lead formal presentations to clients, as needed to maintain the client and to generate further investment (including service levels, investment strategy, product offerings and fund investment performance)
•Keep abreast of fund performance, interpret reports and data and be knowledgeable on the company products and fund performance
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE ROLE
•A graduate
•IMC or equivalent investment sector qualification and registered
•6 – 8 years experience in portfolio management or in sales within the investment industry
•Proven success in client relationship management for similar client group and for generating new business and investments
•Ability to develop a deep and thorough knowledge of existing client accounts
•Energetic, client orientated, highly motivated, creative, disciplined and well organised
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Strong team player with an open and constructive style.
