For our Headquarters based in Luxembourg, we are searching to recruit a Compliance Manager reporting to the Head of Compliance.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITES:

• You maintain our internal controls system to ensure compliance with internal policies and SOX procedures on a sustainable manner

• You coordinate the required activities with our Compliance Officers over the world to ensure compliance with SOX 404

• You organize, prepare and deliver training on SOX control processes

• You manage the Control Self Assessment (CSA) program in coordination with the CSA Coordinator and the local Compliance Officers

• You improve the internal controls environment by using the results of the CSA program, your own assessments and input of internal and external auditors

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• You obtained a degree in business administration, finance, accounting or equivalent

• You can demonstrate at least 5 years of relevant experience in compliance or finance.

• You are fluent in English. Fluency in French and/or Spanish is considered as a strong asset
