The Role

This is a newly created role offering you the opportunity to be responsible for developing, implementing and co-ordinating full HR activity across the region in line with the global HR network.  You will act as a consultant to the business in order to guide regional growth.

The Individual

With a minimum of 8 years generalist HR experience, you will have a proven track record of successfully partnering the business in fast-moving multinational environments within the Asia Pacific Region.

Degree Qualified (preferably in HR Management or Business Administration, majoring in HR)

You will have excellent interpersonal skills combined with a high level of initiative and ability to be an effective leader to drive change.
