Our client is a leading institution and fund group with a major portfolio. They own and manage prime offices and retail space in the heart of the central business district in Hong Kong and mainland China. They also develop and partner with high quality commercial, residential and hotel property projects elsewhere in Asia (Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia and Malaysia).

They currently have openings for the following positions; Asset Manager, Senior Asset Manager, Associate, Director and Vice President to work in their individual property asset portfolio in China. The role will be based in Hong Kong or China, focusing on potential assets and development opportunities for the group in South East Asia.

The ideal candidate will need to have the following:-

* It is imperative that you will be highly numerate.

* Have experience on tenant servicing, management and retention with negotiating and administering leases and contracts

* Major real estate experience (commercial leasing/asset management advantageous).

* Exposure to JV partnerships.

* Excellent interpersonal skills and a very sociable nature, Mandarin is essential.

We are looking for someone with at least 4 years of experience.
